Terms of Service for Oqlous AI

This Agreement is between Oqlous AI Inc. ("Oqlous AI," "we," "us") and the individual or entity accessing or using the Product ("you," "user"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oqlous AI platform, website, and all associated services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any part of the Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Unified AI-Driven Platform

Oqlous AI is an AI-powered, modular platform that automates, centralizes, and streamlines enterprise project management. The core architecture consists of four specialized agents Chat Agent, Communication Agent, Project Agent, and Workflow Agent integrating with tools such as Jira, Notion, Slack, Outlook, Gmail, GitHub, and Confluence.

2.2 Core Service Capabilities:

  • Chat Agent: Natural language enterprise search and action execution across integrated tools, with conversational access to data and workflow automation.
  • Communication Agent: Unified, AI-powered email client for Outlook/Gmail, automating replies, follow-ups, action extraction, and meeting summaries.
  • Project Agent: AI Kanban board and sprint builder, automating task management, backlog grooming, resource analytics, and risk detection.
  • Workflow Agent: No-code, visual workflow builder for automating complex, cross-tool processes, with real-time monitoring and audit trails.

2.3 Cross-Agent Collaboration:

Agents interact to deliver holistic automation; for example, the Communication Agent can trigger actions in the Project Agent, and the Workflow Agent can orchestrate multi-agent processes.

2.4 User-Centric Design:

The platform serves Product Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders, Executives, Support, QA, and Operations teams, each with tailored interfaces, role-based access controls, and customizable workflows.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any access tokens.
  • You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You shall not misuse the Services or assist anyone in misusing the Services for any illicit, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to connect and share data from integrated third-party applications.

4. Data Collection, Privacy, and Cookies

4.1 Information Collected:

We collect and securely store:

  • Account and authentication data (name, email, organization, credentials)
  • Access tokens and API credentials for connected applications (Jira, Zendesk, Outlook, Gmail, Slack, etc.)
  • Project, ticket, and communication data from integrated platforms
  • Interaction logs, chat records, and data fetched through APIs (e.g., Zendesk tickets)
  • Usage and error logs

4.2 Cookies:

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, enable essential features, and enhance your user experience. You may choose to disable cookies, but some features may not function as intended.

4.3 Use of Data:

  • Your data is accessed, processed, and stored only as necessary to provide the Services.
  • We do NOT use your data for analytics, advertising, or for training any AI or machine learning models. Data is not shared with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or meet legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict internal access controls.

  • Oqlous AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all related intellectual property.

6. AI-Generated Content and Decisions

  • You acknowledge that content generated and decisions made by our AI agents may not always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
  • Oqlous AI is not responsible for consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or decisions.
  • You have the right to review and contest any AI-driven decision that significantly affects you or your organization.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

  • Our Services integrate with and provide access to third-party services and content.
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
  • Oqlous AI is not responsible for the content or data practices of third-party services.

8. Security and Data Retention

  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and regular security reviews.
  • Access to sensitive data is strictly controlled.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oqlous AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Oqlous AI in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oqlous AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Services and Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
